Export Connect Agents Provide the Flexibility Organizations Need

Cardiff TELEform includes a wide range of pre-made export Connect Agents, which provide point and click connectivity to data and content management systems. The field data mapping interface allows you to connect form fields to existing database tables and archive systems, and supports simultaneous export to any number of export Connect Agents.

Data Export Connect Agents
Data Export Connect Agents include support for Cardiff LiquidOffice, ODBC, Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server, FoxPro, Oracle and XML data applications on your network or WAN. You can easily add custom data Export Connect Agents using TELEform custom scripting capabilities, and you can connect TELEform data collection to accounting, ERP and legacy applications.

Connect Agent for FileNET Panagon Content Services
The Panagon Connect Agent for Image Services has been enhanced to support both Image Services and Content Services. Customers have the option to select an export to either of these systems for a single form or both of these backoffice data storage systems using multiple TELEform forms.

Image Export Connect Agents
Image Export Connect Agents support placing TIF or PDF archive copies of completed forms and captured documents into ODMA applications and content management applications, including products from IMR, FileNET, Open Text, OTG and others. TELEform can also archive to Web servers, LAN/WAN systems and mass-storage systems. The system supports control for file naming, auto-incrementing and population of index/search systems. Custom image Connect Agents can be easily created to support legacy back-end systems.

Cardiff LiquidOffice Connect Agent
Organizations can initiate eForms from paper-based forms using the TELEform information capture system to scan and process paper forms completed by hand, and automatically convert paper into digital information. Using the Cardiff LiquidOffice Connect Agent, a paper form can initiate an XML Virtual Submit for Cardiff LiquidOffice eForm Automation Solution. A paper form can auto-fill an online version of the same form or auto-fill and initiate many forms.
