Designer includes complete layout tools to create new forms and to automate your existing forms. It has configuration options that use pre-made business rules, recognition settings to maximize throughput, and Connect Agents to tie your forms and documents to back-end systems. Traditional Forms
Four fixed cornerstones and a special form ID let TELEform accurately process scanned and faxed forms, even when skew and distortion has been introduced during processing.

Existing Forms
Existing forms can be imported with two easy steps. Simply scan in a blank copy of a form and TELEform will identify its distinguishing features for automatic form identification. Then use the design wizards within Designer to band over each field and quickly define the attributes of each field.

Form Folders
Quickly locate and access forms for rapid design and deployment within TELEform Designer. Forms management is easier than ever, as users can now create a structured hierarchy of folders to manage their form templates. The form folder structure is also available for the shapes library in the TELEform Designer. Form designers can build and manage multiple shape libraries to expedite the form creation process, and build different shape libraries for department-specific forms or application-specific forms without searching through a long list of pre-built objects.
