Nationwide Data Delivery Tools for Address Matching, Routing, and Map Display

The ArcGIS StreetMap extension is a tool for national data delivery and access to a nationwide street network for map visualization, geocoding, and routing. ArcGIS StreetMap will work with the StreetMap USA data set or with data sets provided by commercial data vendors or ESRI international distributors.

The StreetMap USA data set provides a comprehensive U.S. data set with standard maps and an address locator. In addition, it includes nationwide data sets of local landmarks, streets, parks, water bodies, and other features. The provided layers and maps reference the data with intelligent labeling and symbology.

With ArcGIS StreetMap you can

• Find addresses anywhere on a street network prepared for use with the StreetMap extension. This includes the StreetMap USA data set supplied with the U.S. product.
• Quickly create intelligent maps using either street data provided with the U.S. product or third party data prepared for use with StreetMap.
• Perform simple point-to-point or optimized routing across your entire national street network prepared for use with StreetMap. This includes the StreetMap USA national street network supplied with the U.S product.
